I worked as a patternmaker and technical designer (fittings and pattern corrections) in New York City in womenswear for 20 years and have been sewing for even longer. I retired early from the fashion industry and now I draft patterns and sew for enjoyment, the more complicated, the better! I'm looking forward to transferring my skills into bespoke tailoring.
