Intensive Tailoring Courses (2–4 Weeks)
When life’s demands make it difficult to commit to a full six-week training programme, our intensive tailoring courses offer a flexible alternative without compromising on quality. Designed for those who want to learn traditional tailoring in a shorter time frame, these 2–4 week courses are modelled after our full-term curriculum.
With the option to choose pattern drafting, trouser making, or waistcoat tailoring, each course delivers a practical, hands-on introduction to the foundational skills of bespoke tailoring.
Although the shorter time frame doesn’t allow for the same volume of material as our six-week courses, these intensives are perfect for those seeking structured training in a condensed, focused format. You’ll still gain a meaningful and in-depth experience in handcraft tailoring, ideal for both beginners and intermediate learners.
Students benefit from:
-
A daily training plan with clearly defined learning outcomes
-
Personal instruction from Master Tailor Rory Duffy
-
A video support series to reinforce practical skills
Included accommodation and materials — everything you need to focus and learn
Small class sizes for individual attention and a calm, focused environment
These short-term tailoring courses also pair excellently with our online tailoring courses, allowing you to continue developing your skills from home after the course ends.
If you have specific goals or want to customise your learning, we’re happy to tailor the programme to your needs. Browse our syllabuses online or contact us directly at

*Please note that due to the complex construction and nature of the coat,
it is not offered as part of the two or four week courses.
