Rory, we chatted about this crease online. You probably didn’t really get a good look at it on Zoom. Here are some photos. Any further thoughts ??

The armhole is too high. Pin out the crease underneath, it's probably about 3/4". Then drop the armhole that amount and take half off each shoulder point.
