2 new jackets, I would like some advice and criticism so I can improve the fit!

I made 2 new jackets, the first one is the black one and second is the grey one which I am still working on but playing with the sleeve.

The black jacket has a normal pitch where I followed the patterns, and the grey jacket I rotated the sleeve backwards by half an inch.

I like the pitch and how the sleeve hangs on the grey jacket but It looks messy at the back. What is going on here? Not sure if relevant but black jacket is completed and grey jacket does NOT have any sleeve headings.

Any other changes I should make? I am considering making the waist an inch bigger. Also, the back vent likes to ride up, could that be because I am not stretching the side seams or the waist too snug?

Thank you for your kind words! It seems that I am trying to chase perfection but I am quite happy with how it fits. I will leave the back for now and reevaluate when I gain my weight back, but for future reference, what do you mean by squaring the neck? I will look into the back neck. I agree that something needs to be opened up there.
