I’ve just done my first fitting of my trousers. Below are my photos from the fitting. For the draft I’ve used the 1 inch drop and the bow leg configuration. Also, as this is just a practice to get the fitting correct I haven’t put any of the pockets in.
For the next fitting I think I need to reduce the waist by about an 1”, increase the rise by about 1/2” as I have some tightness in the fork and extend the leg by about an 1”
I’m getting creases at the front, but I’m not sure what’s causing this issue.
I have a lot of excess material and wrinkles at the back. I assume this is caused by using the wrong leg configuration. I think I should have used the straight leg configuration. Is there anything else that could be causing this issue?

That's decent first effort. I would say shorten the back rise 1" and length the front rise also 1". Shrinking would also clean up the undersides some. You probably need to drop the inside leg balance. Check out the underside draft for the bow legs.
I'm not saying you have bows, just that that alteration would be a help in this case.
