I only work using the imperial inch, others may convert back and forth between the two. I will tell you the same thing my master told me. They’re only numbers, just use inches. We use head units to arrive at other measurements which are difficult to measure accurately direct such as the sleeve length. If you take the total height and divide by 8 this will give you the head unit.
