I think this is a really fine effort. It looks well finished and really clean overall. I’m afraid I don’t have any experience to comment on solutions to the folds at the back/sleeve so I’ll let others do that instead. But really well done!!

Hi Paul Before you ditch your lining it might be worth a trick I’ve used on oil stains and water stains on silk ties - lighter fluid. I have no idea whether this will work on Cupro (which is a viscose) so I’d test it on a spare scrap. If safe after testing, essentially squirt the lighter fluid liberally on the centre of the stain and dab with a paper towel. You may need to repeat several times as the edge of the strain bleeds further out but it dries very quickly and I’ve had excellent results on silk. Totally invisible if done correctly. Let us know if you decide to try it and let us know how it goes.

@Gavin I’ve just checked. I might have been confused as I ordered ask the packs together. There is linen canvas included but no fusible in the trousers pack. I’m now wondering whether the linen canvas was intended for the waistband and the fusible is included in the coat pack? The numbers are here though you might want to check with Rory about the waistband

That should all be included in the trouser pack. If it is not I would contact Dugdales as there may have been a mistake.
