@David C - I made a form with the bootstrap fashion made to measure mannequin. My mother-in-law has one and she 'suggested' I make one when I started. Hello from New York City. I am a pure hobbyist that has been learning how to sew/tailor for the past year or two. In that time I have taught myself basic techniques/projects and have been making dress shirts, ties, trousers, etc...now I want to advance on to a coat!
