The Men's coat

I have just taped the front edge and want to be sure i havent put in too much draw. I used bias tap and pulled it as I basted it in. On the outside the fabric has gently rucked up. I am not sure if i have pulled it too much or not and whether this rucking will disappear once the front facing is added? All thoughts appreciated
