I gues you're referring to the one on one drafting course?
It does say "Online Advanced Pattern Drafting Coursefor Bespoke Menswear" - so it'll focus on menswear.
But: If you're an advanced sewist and possibly have some experience in pattern drafting already, then this course should enable you to go ahead and adapt your new / additional skills.
I did the one on one with Rory - and I have already adapted my patterns for a coat and trousers for both my mother in law and my wife - which I couldn't have accomplished without Rory's course.
As far as I'm aware, you can book single courses from both the men's coat and the lady's coat - so maybe you could just follow both their drafting videos and see if you'd be able to spot and understand the differences?
That would give you a good starting point, I think.

(Of course, that's my opinion and experience!)
